Plastic is Not the Enemy won first place in the Awareness on Communication category at the 2nd edition of the RO Plastic Prize, an international competition by Rossana Orlandi. Selected from 1,200 entries across 65 countries, it challenges the perception of plastic waste, shifting the focus from disposal to transformation.
Through visual storytelling and design, it explores plastic’s potential as a valuable resource, advocating for a circular approach to sustainability. The project was exhibited at Rossana Orlandi Gallery during the 2021 Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan, bringing this conversation to a global stage.
